We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s so good at generating and closing new sales opportunities they might just have sales skills tattooed on their forehead. And we promise, this isn’t your average sales role.

What to expect:

In your first month, you’re going to be closer to our founders than their shadows! You’ll be practically Velcro-ed to their side, absorbing our sales process and our mission. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to learn, apply, and then create something even better!

By month two, we will cut you loose! No worries, though, we’re not abandoning you in the jungle of sales, but empowering you to start building your own pipeline and closing deals.

In month three, you’re the master of your own sales universe. You’re setting meetings and closing deals, and your success is only limited by the boundaries of your ambition.

Requirements

  • You’ve been in the trenches of sales before, setting meetings from cold leads, and closing deals like a boss
  • You’re an experimental wizard, unafraid of the unknown, and comfortable being uncomfortable. Comfort zones? They’re for the ordinary, and you’re anything but
  • You’ve got an insatiable thirst for learning. When you’re not closing deals, you’re soaking up new skills, strategies, and sales techniques like a pro

Benefits

Money talks, and we’re not shy about it. Base pay? Of course. Commission? Absolutely!

Our base pay range is between $45k-$55k, depending on your background and experience.

But that’s not where the real fun begins. The real potential comes from the 100% commission you’ll earn from each customer’s first month of subscription. Average deal size? $1,200. Close just four deals a month, and you’re looking at a cool extra $57k a year from commissions alone. And the best part? There’s no cap. None. We value each and every sale and want you to be rewarded.
