General Manager – Business Strategy – Real Estate

Job Description

Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to provide strategic support to the senior management for important decision-making.

Qualification Required : MBA from premier institute

Roles & Responsibilities:

To provide update on Business Intelligence and competitor analysis on developments in real estate market
To interact with equity analysts of top brokerage houses in order to gather market information
To gather intelligence on the following to form a strategic/ directional call:
City research for Residential, Retail, Commercial Real Estate
Product research
Affordable housing
To manage special assignments on evaluating new business ventures in the segment of product or geographical expansion
To undertake key/ special projects as assigned and handle financial, commercial and operational transactions of the project as assigned
To be involved as project coordinator for various projects on behalf of the managing director, to report to the MD of exceptional items and keep a track of performance vis–vis the budget
To participate in project meetings from MD office
