Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and consequent sales regarding student insurance products through cold calling and other related modes. The ideal candidate should possess fair amount of experience in Tele-calling and good communication skills with decent English-speaking ability.

Responsibilities:
• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
• Generating Leads.
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
• Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
• Noting important details of each conversation.
• Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales, BPO or similar.
• Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Superb verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
