Title : National Manager – Digital Adoption Grade : M7-M8 Key Responsibilities : Driving Digital Adoption for the Branch network Work closely with the RBH, Area Heads and Consumer Bank offline channels on executing central digital initiatives Driving % customers to move up the digital value-chain, i.e from logins to transactions Digitizing in-branch experiences for customers Work on cost/income metrics to drives efficiencies Profile : Understands branch working and hierarchy . Has worked in a branch banking role (or) closely on branch initiatives Deep analytical skills Ability to work with senior stakeholders, to conceptualize and execute strategy Excellent interpersonal skills
