Evaluate performance by comparing and analyzing, identify and drive process improvements leading to increase in productivity

– Study Market performance of competitors in terms of geography wise distribution and productivity.

– Get market intelligence of New products or any initiatives

– Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization

– Play crucial role in preparation of planning exercise

– Understand the core system & create own database for complete automation of all kind of reporting

– Build control & process to ensure 100% accuracy in reporting and presentation

– All the reporting to be completed as per agreed timelines
