Job Description

Develop and implement projects on Center of Excellence areas such as Performance Management System, Employee Engagement and Organizational Development, in partnership with key leaders and PS team
Project manage data collection, analysis, and planning work
Create, implement, and track employee-centric initiatives to engage global workforce
Partner with People Solutions team to shape and execute recommendations to the leadership team, including the Chief People Officer
Organize launch of new strategic initiatives, including governance structure and tracking methodology
