Job Description

Handling end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to obtaining the requirement from the hiring managers, preparing the JD, sourcing through various mediums, setting up and managing the coordination for all the rounds of interview.
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential candidates
Building a pipeline of potential candidates through Industry Mapping
Maintaining complete records and MIS pertaining to sourcing and recruitment
Prepare and maintain HR Trackers, Candidate Database and Talent Pipeline
