Job Description

Participate in the recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening potential candidates through telephonic/ virtual preliminary assessments
Hands on experience of sourcing potential candidates from various job portals, social media platform essential
Coordination for interview schedule with the stakeholders and candidates
Create, build and maintain networks of potential talent pipeline to fill future anticipated and planned roles
Participate in post selection offer roll out and post joining onboarding process
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System will be an added advantage
Experience of Real estate sector is desirable
