Job Description

Creation and finalization of annual recruitment budgets after due discussion with HODs.
Managing End to end recruitment across all departments.
Sourcing through Portals, employee references, social media as well as coordinating with consultants for exclusive drives & Line ups and coordinating for their payments.
Conducting in depth face to face interviews to understand behavioral and functional potential of candidates.
Calculation of the compensation of candidates and closing on the offer discussion with them.
Managing recruitment module through MIS Portal
Ensuring Recruitment SOPs are followed without loopholes.
Updating Weekly recruitment reports to be sent to top management
Recommended ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to long range growth of the company, implementing new process to deliver quality results
Partnering with hiring teams to build effective planning, sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
