Assistant General Manager – Project Execution (Civil)

Job Description

Plan and implement projects, Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
Define tasks and required resources.
Participate in engineering package reviews during the vendor selection.
Define and execute phases of projects and provide constructive input to the design team. Ensure Work is performed per plans and specifications via coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
Coordinate with clients to ensure proposed construction and work methods are clearly understood and accepted.
Ensure agreement on environmental and safety work plans for permitting.
Monitor progress to ensure scheduling milestones are understood and are being met.
Manage project team, budget, Allocate project resources.
Create schedule and project timeline, Track deliverables Support and direct team,
Lead quality assurance, Monitor and report on project progress.
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Evaluate and assess result of project etc.
Regular follow-up with all stake holders.
